Vermont Vitality Laundry Service Standard bags are heavy duty polyester bags, able to contain approximately 30-40lbs of laundry, weight varies due to type/size of individual garments.
In reference this is 4-5 household loads of laundry, depending on the contents of the bag (towels/sheets vs clothing items)

Ready for your first Pickup/Delivery order? Whats next-
• Follow the link below to start your first order.
• Tell us about your order - how many bags do you have and any special instructions for our driver if the pickup location is different than your front door.
• All laundry items need to be bagged by kind, comforters with comforters and clothing with clothing. If you have any special items, make sure to clearly separate them into multiple bags, or if its a singular item with a larger order it can be bagged and then placed in the bag with the rest of the order.
• Complete your order, and finalize your account details including contact information and daytime phone. You must save a card on file for payment.
• If In-Store Order, bring your items to our storefront at 60 Commons Drive, come on in and we can finalize your order together.
• Delivery orders placed online will be checked in by a staff member when they reach our store, where they will be weighed. Received weight will be updated in the order, and then the cleaning process will begin. At this stage the final cost of the laundry will be updated in the online order. Pick-Up and Delivery Orders are a minimum of $35, this will be charged to place the order, and any remaining due will be charged to the card on file when the order is checked in.
• Download the CleanCloud App to manage your orders and account! You'll receive notifications on the status of your order, and can add any details you may have forgotten.
All Pick-Up orders must be bagged and placed in a plain sight location. Bags must be tied, and intact- ripped or otherwise weak bags will not be accepted. Kitchen bags, 13 or 30 gallon may be used. Bags larger than 30 gallon are not suitable for Pick-Up orders. Cleaned laundry will be packaged in clear plastic bags, if delivery it will be placed in the same location as the pickup. If in-store, customers will receive notification when it is ready to be picked up at the storefront location.
If Vermont Vitality Laundry Service bags purchased by the customer are used, they will be cleaned with the order and returned with the cleaned laundry.
In-Store Orders will be weighed at the time of drop off. If laundry is in baskets or open containers it will be transferred into securable Vermont Vitality bags or totes for in-store use only, to ensure all pieces of the order stay together. Vermont Vitality Laundry service will not accept any baskets or totes, and is not responsible for baskets or totes left behind. Cleaned laundry will be packaged in clear plastic bags, and customers will be notified when it is ready to be picked up in-store.
